154 - OUTREACH COORDINATOR

Job  Functions:
  • Assist the Outreach Manager in planning and implementation of outreach activities
  • Assist the Outreach Manager to Develop full scale project plans, schedule and project timelines
  • Provide direction and coordinate project staff
  • Track project deliverables and quality assurance using appropriate tools
  • Constantly monitor and report on project progress problems and solutions of the project to Outreach Manager

Essential Job Requirements:
Experience:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant Project Management experience
  • Knowledge of practical aspects of project management, techniques and tools
  • Proven experience in strategic planning & risk management

Education & Skills

  • Masters Degree in Fine Arts/Design/TV/Film
  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent planning and organizing skills
  • Strong Interpersonal and team work skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Computer literate (MS office and Internet)
