162 - PROJECT COORDINATOR

Job  Functions:
  • Assist Director Operations and Project Manager where applicable, in the day to day duties of a project’s administration
  • Manage more than one task at a time. He/she should see to it that all the tasks under his/her supervision are going on smoothly
  • Possess the capability to concentrate on more than one task
  •  Ability to shift between various tasks
  • Plan out the resources needed for the project and chart out a budget plan
  • Develop and maintain cordial relationships with clients and team members
  • Act as a link between various parties. One also should have the ability to deal with problems that may arise within the project team or issues with the clients
  • Conduct regular meetings with team members to know the status of the project and also to make certain changes and improvements, if necessary, to achieve the desired results
  • Prepare and present project reports on a regular basis
  • Supervise whether the team members are working efficiently
  • Possess the capability to motivate and influence team members to put in all their efforts to accomplish the given task successfully

Essential Job Requirements:
Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
  • Relevant Media/entertainment industry knowledge

Education & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or in a field related to the company's specialty
  • Facilitates team and client meetings effectively
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent team player
