The Third International Puppet Festival Pakistan 1996 was dedicated to Pakistan’s 50 years of independence. It served as a curtain raiser for the Golden Jubilee Celebrations, a status that the festival was proud of.

The ambiance of the festival venue was specially designed by the French Artist, Dominique Doulain, courtesy Alliance Francaise. Kalyana Flowerpott and Bob Daly from South Australia cast a bewitching spell of color and form; whatever they touched, wherever they went, they left a trail of happy memories. We shall always remain indebted to them for giving us so much more.
